The only campsite in Dubrovnik is Camping Solitudo, located on Lapad Peninsula.
The other camps are located in the small cities and townships around Dubrovnik, however, most of them within the range of 30 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It is recommend that you contact the respective camp to make sure that your expectations about the facilities and services can be meet. Very few campgrounds in and around Dubrovnik are open all year round. Generally, the season stretches from April to October. Opening hours for the smaller campgrounds can be particularly unreliable. We recommend that you always call before arrival.

According to current regulations it is not allowed to camp outside designated camping sites and areas, so wild camping, sleeping under the stars on the beach or seashore in Croatia is against the law. One of the reasons unauthorised camping is strictly forbidden to prevent forest fires. Please look after our unpolluted nature, as well as your safety. Most motorways in Croatia require toll payments. Payments can be made in cash or by credit card at toll booths along the routes. An alternative option is purchasing a toll badge, available at toll stations for approximately 17 euros, offering an immediate 20% discount. However, this badge is not valid for the A2 motorway. If you're driving a motorhome on the A2, consider purchasing a Karta 40 or AZM card for convenient access.
