Itinerary
The tour starts at arranged point where you will be taken on a spectacular panoramic drive overlooking the pearl of Adriatic – Dubrovnik. After a short stop for picture taking, you will continue your journey towards Dubrovnik Countryside, passing through small villages of Župa Dubrovačka, overlooking the bay of Cavtat.
Arrive at the picturesque township Cavtat for a guided sightseeing tour, after which you can enjoy a stroll down the promenade or a coffee on one of the many seaside terraces. Continuing the drive through Konavle region our next stop is in one of the traditional households where our host will great you with traditional liqueurs and spirits, followed by a vine cellar and vineyard tour with wine tasting and an overview about wine production and oenology of the region.
We are proceeding our drive through valleys and hills of Dubrovnik's countryside passing picturesque villages. Upon arriving at Ljuta River we visit one of the last preserved old mills that is still operational. You will be treated to some homemade liqueurs, dried figs and fresh squeezed orange juice-all made by the mill man in a traditional way as our grandmothers did, followed by a presentation of flour production made the old-fashioned way.
Optional: lunch featuring authentic food and drinks in a small family restaurant located in a cozy village on River Ljuta.
You will be returned to arranged drop off point at tour's end.
